Corbin Kamradt
Corbin Kamradt, Jake’s childhood friend and business partner, brings years of customer-service expertise and a talent for smooth operations to Cleaner Image Tampa Bay Area. Together in St. Petersburg, he co-manages scheduling, team coordination, and client relations to ensure every job exceeds expectations. Off the clock, Corbin can be found sampling craft brews at downtown St. Pete breweries or cheering on the Rays.
Jake Van Dyne
Raised in Kansas City, Jake Van Dyne, son of Kim and Scott Carlos, cut his teeth in his family’s window-cleaning business, mastering attention to detail and dependable service. He’s now based in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he, along with his longtime friend, lead Cleaner Image Tampa Bay Area. He brings years of hands-on expertise and excellent customer service skills to every job. Jake’s work ethic, forged during his years playing college football, ensures every window-cleaning job is executed with unwavering dedication and precision.When he’s not up on a ladder, Jake’s soaking up local beaches and supporting the Rays and Bucs.
Scott & Kim Carlos
While serving as a full-time firefighter in Kansas City, Scott Carlos started Cleaner Image from scratch 25 years ago and, alongside his wife Kim, has grown it into the region’s go-to window-cleaning and home service business. They bring the same dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to proven processes from the firehouse to every home and business they serve. Their commitment to being the premier home service provider in Kansas City has been passed down to their son, Jake, who—alongside his longtime friend Corbin—will now lead Cleaner Image Tampa Bay Area.
